Welcome to ByteStore. By accessing, purchasing, or listing digital materials (scripts, plugins, modules, or templates) on this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between ByteStore, our developer merchants, and purchasing system builders.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all activities and operations on the ByteStore marketplace immediately.
All digital products purchased through ByteStore are sold under professional non-exclusive licenses. We offer two core licensing models:
Grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to deploy the purchased software asset on a single personal or commercial website/domain. You are permitted to modify the code as required. Re-selling or re-distributing the code is strictly prohibited.
Grants you the right to deploy the software asset on unlimited websites or end-products for clients, SaaS applications, or corporate portals. You may modify the code. You are prohibited from re-selling the code as a standalone competing digital template or boilerplate.
Purchasers agree to pay the listed price for digital products via our certified, secure checkout handlers (Stripe credit cards or PayPal portals). ByteStore executes real-time licensing activation upon successful transaction completion.
As a developer-merchant, listing items implies agreeing to our standard platform commissions. Payouts are dispatched monthly on verified seller earnings dashboards.
Due to the digital, instantly downloadable nature of digital products, scripts, and software assets, ByteStore enforces a strict 14-day technical warranty policy:
- Eligible Refunds: If the purchased script or plugin does not function as described in the product specs, and our developer team cannot resolve the technical bug within 5 business days, you are fully eligible for a 100% refund.
- Ineligible Refunds: Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, feature misunderstandings (where details were accurately cataloged), or conflicts caused by unlisted system specifications.
Developers who list plugins, modules, or templates must verify that their codebase is completely free of malicious payloads, remote query injections, or unauthorized encryption blocks. Every product submission undergoes an automated static analysis routine before index publication.
Failure to satisfy our core security guidelines will trigger automatic suspension of merchant profiles and pending payouts.
All digital products, assets, and templates are delivered "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ByteStore is not liable for server downtime, data losses, or database issues resulting from the deployment of custom code scripts purchased on our platform.
We highly recommend testing all products in a isolated local staging sandbox prior to deploying to live corporate environments.
